DIGI-RAW cluster showcased at the EIT RawMaterials Summit 2025 in Brussels

The DIGI-RAW Projects’ Cluster was proudly represented at the EIT RawMaterials Summit 2025 in Brussels through the S34I booth, drawing attention to Europe's leading initiatives in digital and sustainable mining. The event provided a unique platform to highlight a unified vision for the future of raw materials exploration and extraction across ten impactful EU-funded projects.

The cluster brings together ten innovative projects: MASTERMINE, DigiEcoQuarry, illuMINEation, SUMEX, ROBOMINERS, Dig_IT, ROTATE, DINAMINE, SCIMIN-CRM, and TERRAVISION. Together, these projects are fostering:

  • Technological innovation to reduce Europe’s reliance on imported critical raw materials.

  • Digitalisation and automation for sustainable mining practices.

  • Environmental frameworks for responsible mining and zero emissions.

  • Real-time intelligent monitoring of workers, assets, and environments.

The MASTERMINE project has been active building strong collaborations with sister initiatives, having co-established two mining-focused clusters: the DIGI-RAW cluster and the Smart EcoMine Hub.

As DIGI-RAW continues to grow, discussions are underway regarding the inclusion of new projects that align with its vision and thematic focus. Interested stakeholders are encouraged to reach out and contribute to this dynamic ecosystem.
